This site tells you about our work and lets you reach us for a free estimate. Nothing on it is a binding price or a contract. Your real scope and price get set in a written estimate before any work starts, and that agreement, not this website, governs the job.

Using the site and our content

Please use the site lawfully and honestly, and don't try to break, copy, or misuse it. The text, photos, and design are ours or used with permission, so please don't reuse them for another business without asking us first.

The site as is, and our responsibility

We provide the site on an "as is" basis, and we use a few outside services to run it, such as our web host, our form provider, and an embedded map, which have their own terms. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental loss from using the site, and nothing here limits what can't be limited by law. This covers the website, not the quality of our concrete work, which is covered by your job agreement and your rights under the law.
